Beeline announced the launch of “Duplicard” service. From now on subscribers will be able to restore the lost, burnt or damaged SIM-cards on their own using the spare empty SIM-card –duplicard.
Subscribers can purchase the duplicard at Beeline sales and service offices. It can be activated by making a call to Beeline customer service from the card or by applying to the online consultant on www.beeline.am website. After getting the request, the Beeline employee will identify and activate the reserved SIM-card on which the number and the subscriber’s balance will be transferred. Thus, the empty SIM-card becomes an active one.
“Maximum convenience and availability are the most important priority of Beeline’s work. With this slogan we launched “Duplicard” service to insure our subscribers against technical risk-related inconveniences. I am sure our subscribers will highly appreciate this truly useful service which will let them always be connected and use our convenient and simple services”, said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.
The one-time fee for “Duplicard” service is AMD 1000. Subscribers can get additional information at Beeline sales and service offices, calling 0611 and on the company’s official website – www.beeline.am.
