VTB Bank (Armenia) customers to be able to get a standing order to pay for Beeline services

VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC expands cooperation with Beeline offering its customers having card or banking accounts in VTB Bank (Armenia) to get a “VTB Bank (Armenia)” standing order while dealing with prepaid mobile, landline and internet services in Beeline offices.

The services will allow VTB Bank (Armenia) customer to pay off the monthly subscriber debt without visiting the bank’s branches through automatic write-off from the customer account of the subscriber debts each N day of the month chosen by the customer.

To activate the service, a customer should only fill out the relevant application while dealing with prepaid mobile, landline and internet services in Beeline offices, mention the current bank or card account number in VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC, the preferred date of the debts write-off and the services to be automatically paid for.

Customers will also be able to be informed about the subscriber debt volume beforehand through SMS sent by VTB Bank (Armenia) on a monthly basis.

“Contribution to development of remote service technologies allows redirecting the customer flow from payment institutions to forms of servicing more convenient for the customers. Cooperation with “ArmenTel” is conditioned by our aspiration to improve the mobile operator’s payment system through a periodical payment  order which in its turn will allow the bank’s customers to save time for payments”, noted Yuri Gusev, General Director Chairman of Directorate of VTB Bank (Armenia).

To this end, we expand cooperation with our partners and are happy that we joined efforts with VTB Bank (Armenia) to make payments for Beeline services easier and more handy as the automated system of short messages will inform the customer about the amount of upcoming subscriber payments in due time”,  stated Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.

To fill out the application, individuals should submit a passport and the card or bank account number. You can get extra information about the terms of standing order by calling to87 87, the bank’s common helpdesk, visiting the bank’s official site or a nearby Beeline sales and service office.
