Orange launches new assistance service for for smartphone users

Yerevan/Mediamax/. From now on Orange smartphone users can get technical support through a direct call service.

Customers have to dial 500 from their Orange number. Specially trained specialists will help customers to set up web and email access, synchronize and backup a device, configure mail, language, keyboard, date settings etc. The service is chargeable: the cost per minute is 150 AMD, and per second billing is applied.
