ArmenTel to fully digitize automatic switching centers in Alaverdi and Masis till late 2011

Yerevan/Mediamax/. ArmenTel (Beeline trademark) will finish the works on digitizing Alaverdi and Masis till the end of 2011 which will allow providing their residents with digital communication and broadband internet.

“Simultaneously with full digitization of the town of Masis, Armenia’s universal operator will offer the residents of Alaverdi a new quality of traditional services of fixed communication and modern broadband internet”, said ArmenTel CEO Igor Klimko.

82% of the subscribers of fixed communication network of the company throughout Armenia is already connected to ArmenTel digital stations and the overall length of the cables of the company’s subscriber network exceeds 13 000km.
