VivaCell-MTS introduced HSPA+ network running at 21.6 Mbp/s in Gyumri and Vanadzor

Yerevan/Mediamax/. VivaCell-MTS announced the continued expansion of HSPA+ services offering pick download speeds up to 21.6 Mbps, in Gyumri and Vanadzor.

The new “MTS Connect E353” USB modem with up to 21.6 Mbps download and up to 5.76 Mbps upload capacity is made available across VivaCell-MTS’ service centers.                               

The price of the modem is AMD 40.000 (including VAT). In case of a one-year subscription to “MTS Connect Unlimited” or “MTS Connect Unlimited+” tariff plan, the “MTS Connect E353” modem is provided for AMD 10.000.

On March 2, 2011, HSPA+ network running at 21.6 Mbp/s in the downlink was introduced in Yerevan for the first time by VivaCell-MTS.
