Yerevan /Mediamax/. Today, the Armenian parliament adopted the draft law on making amendments to the law “On Taxes” in the first and second readings.
Armenian Finance Minister Vache Gabrielian said yesterday that according to changes, companies with the annual turnover of over AMD 58mln will have to file tax statements electronically, Mediamax reports.
The draft law will come into force from July 1.
Companies with less turnover may decide themselves how to file tax statements- electronically or in written form.
