Armenian Ministry of Education and “VivaCell-MTS” launch cooperation on vocational guidance of high school students

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Ministry of Science and Education, Center for Youth Vocational Guidance and “VivaCell-MTS” Company signed an agreement today to launch cooperation on vocational guidance of high school students.

Mediamax reports that Armenian Minister of Science and Education Armen Ashotyan said that “VivaCell-MTS” already today takes interest in preparing specialists, who in future may become the employees of the company.

Within the framework of the program, employees of the Guidance Center will hold consultation meetings with high school students on the topic of choosing future specialty for the higher educational institution. The high school students will visit the head office of “VivaCell-MTS” and will familiarize in detail with the specialties, which as of today are of great demand in the company, on the spot. At the moment, already 10 high schools are involved in the program.

General Manager of “VivaCell-MTS” Ralph Yirikian noted that in order to choose the future profession, high school students can already now familiarize with the offers of the company. According to him, today, there is excess of some specialists and lack of others in the labor market, and this program will help establishing some balance.
