“ArmenTel” continues supporting programs for increasing computer literacy in the regions of Armenia

Yerevan/Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” (Beeline trademark) continues cooperating with “Center for Entrepreneurship Development and Assistance” Public Organization, aiming at assisting Vanadzor Regional Internet Center.

Over the past year, given support of the company, the Center’s educational program also included additional classes for schoolchildren, programming courses; teacher qualification increase and population computer literacy improvement methods were elaborated.

Continuation of cooperation will allow realizing longer-term programs, including computer literacy classes for the teaching staff, formation of constantly functioning programming clubs, establishment of analogous centers in other towns of Lori marz.

“We try to secure even access to modern technologies for all children irrespective of their place of residence. I am glad that our cooperation with Vanadzor Internet Center allowed local schoolchildren receiving additional knowledge and making particular achievements”, General Director of “ArmenTel” Igor Klimko said.
