“ArmenTel” promises to improve the level of Hi Line customer service

Yerevan/Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” (Beeline trademark) General Director Igor Klimko stated that the company will immediately take measures in order to improve the service quality of customers, who are getting connected to Hi Line internet service.

Mediamax reports that one of the visitors to Igor Klimko’s blog at iTel.am complained that the employee of AA-Soft Company (ArmenTel has signed an agreement with the given company on supply of its devices to customers), who brought the modem to his house, did not provide him with necessary information on modem configuration, in particular, the numbers of VCI and VPI, as well as instructions as to which type of connection to choose. And the employees of AA-Soft offer the customers to connect the modem for 3000 AMD.

“We will immediately take up measures in order to prevent such cases”, Igor Klimko wrote in his blog, adding that the necessary technical setup is also available at the company’s website at http://www.beeline.am/hiline/hiline_setup.html.
