Orange Armenia established a prize in the sphere of innovations for Armenian students

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Today, Orange Armenia announced that it is establishing a prize in the sphere of innovations for Armenian students.

Vice-President of France Telecom Group, Director of Orange Technical Center Yves Tyrod informed that students of Yerevan State University (YSU) and Yerevan State Engineering University (YSEU) can claim to receive the prize.

Orange prize will be awarded to the student, who will present the best innovation project. 6 months’ paid practice for working over the innovative project in one of Orange Labs in Paris will be the prize.

Within the framework of the visit to Armenia, Yves Tyrod held meetings with Rectors of YSU and YSEU and presented the activity of Orange Technical Center to them.

“Armenia is a special country for France Telecom Group. In a short period of time, Orange Armenia made striking achievements in the sphere of innovations and managed to present numerous innovative products and services, which are not presented even in many European countries”, Yves Tyrod stressed.
