Connection to roaming in NKR to be automatic for Beeline postpaid system subscribers

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Beeline announced introduction of a new system of automatic connection to roaming service in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Automatic connection is in effect for subscribers of the postpaid system of accounts of Beeline mobile connection, while being in “Karabakh Telecom” operator’s mobile network coverage zone.

“By consistently improving the mechanisms of service provision, “ArmenTel” periodically surprises its subscribers”, General Director of “ArmenTel” Igor Klimko stated.

Previously, activation of roaming service in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic cost 15 000 and 30 000 AMD for legal entities and individuals respectively. The entire sum was added to the account of the subscriber.

In order to avoid unsanctioned use of the roaming service while being in the territory of Armenia in a zone bordering with NKR, “ArmenTel” company advises its subscribers to use Beeline network manually via the cell phone’s menu.
