iCON Communications to install 20 new stations

Yerevan/Mediamax/. As of today, iCON Communication’s network covers 70 square kilometers of territory in Yerevan.

Mediamax reports, iCON Communications Commercial Director Raffi Kassardjian said at the news conference today. He said that 38 stations of the company are installed in the capital, other 20 stations will be installed in the nearest future.

Raffi Kassardjian stated that during a year of the company’s activity in Armenia, Internet quality and speed have been significantly improved. He noted that iCON has begun its activity at two operators in the telecommunication market of Armenia, and now there are already three of them. "Due to competition growth in telecommunication market, speed and security of Internet services improve", said Raffi Kassardjian.

He informed that the number of iCON Communications subscribers has already reached 4 thousand.
