Yerevan/Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” Company (Beeline brand) announced increase in the number of roaming partners today.
As Mediamax was informed in the press service of the company, since the beginning of the year, two-sided 3G roaming and GPRS roaming was launched for Beeline subscribers with a number of operators in Vietnam, Ghana, Egypt, Israel, Kuwait, Latvia, the USA, the Philippines, etc. As of March 11, 3G roaming is available for the company’s customers in networks of 86 operators of 62 countries in the world, GPRS roaming – in the coverage zone of 186 operators of 80 countries, and CAMEL roaming – in networks of 95 operators in 55 countries.
“The list of operators, in the network of which our customers can enjoy roaming services, increases every day. “ArmenTel” is the traditional leader in Armenia as to the number of roaming partners and we continue working to maintain leading positions in order to secure maximum comfort for our customers”, General Director of “ArmenTel” Igor Klimko stated.
The total number of roaming partners of “ArmenTel” reached 498 operators in 220 countries worldwide today. Roaming services are available for the company’s subscribers not only overland, but also on a number of cruise liners and on board of certain airlines’ planes.
