Workgroup established in “ArmenTel” to solve problems, related to Hi-Line service

Yerevan /Mediamax/. A workgroup has been set up in “ArmenTel” company to solve problems, related to provision of Hi-Line service.

Mediamax reports that the Head of the Company Igor Klimko said this, answering the questions of visitors of his blog at www.Itel.am website.

“Indeed, some of Hi-Line subscribers and those, who reregistered the contract within the framework of the campaign, have been experiencing episodic, but similar problems Hi-Line. In connection with this, I want to inform that there is a workgroup established in the company, which aims at operatively solving problems related to provision of services by ADSL technology. We have already carried out a number of important improvements, aiming at increasing the quality of service and we continue works on eliminating problems, related, first of all, to significant increase of Hi-Line service subscriber base”, General Director of “ArmenTel” stated.
