VivaCell-MTS presented mobile TV

Yerevan /Mediamax/. VivaCell-MTS “has been and will remain the leader in mobile market in Armenia”.

Mediamax reports that the General Manager of VivaCell-MTS Ralph Yirikian said this in Yerevan today, presenting the new services and products of the company. According to him, “in our range we have a large number of innovative ones, which we will gradually introduce to the subscribers”.

Ralph Yirikian, in particular, presented the service of mobile TV, which is from now on available in test mode for all subscribers of VivaCell-MTS 3G network. The test mode will continue for a bit over a month, after which the company will present the tariffs.

Broadcasting of 12 Armenian TV Channels is already available in 3G network of VivaCell-MTS: H1, H2, “Shant”, “Armenia”, “Yerkir Media”, “Kentron”, “Hay TV”, “TV 5”, “ATV”, ArmNews, “Ararat” and “Dar 21”. Ralph Yirikian stated that the list of TV companies will be expanded.

Answering the question on whether VivaCell-MTS is going to present iPhone and Blackberry in the Armenian market, Ralph Yirikian stated: “Wait for more”.
