“Sitronics Armenia” to manage assets of enterprises and SRIs, handed over to it

Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Sitronics” has registered its subsidiary company – “Sitronics Armenia” in Yerevan.

Mediamax reports referring the press service of “Sitronics” OJSC that the main task of the new company is centralized management of assets, handed over to the management of “Sitronics” in 2008, among which are “Mars” enterprise and a number of Armenian scientific-research institutions. Functions of “Sitronics Armenia” will include also management of the free economic zone, which they plan to establish on the territory of enterprises, which have been handed over to management to the Russian Company.

“Sitronics” enters “Sistema” SFC Group of Companies, which owns 64% of the company’s shares and is one of the leading suppliers of solutions in the sphere of telecommunications, information technologies and microelectronics in Russia and CIS countries.
