Yerevan /Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” (Beeline trademark) and “Consumer Rights Protection” public organization signed a cooperator memorandum in Yerevan today.
Mediamax reports that the memorandum was signed by General Director of “ArmenTel” Igor Klimko and President of “Consumer Rights Protection” PO Abgar Yeghoyan.
Cooperation will consist of monitoring and analysis of services, provided by “ArmenTel”, aiming at presenting suggestions to the company on improving the level of service.
“Independent expert examination of our services will help identify problematic zones and take steps to overcome those”, Igor Klimko stated, adding that cooperation between “ArmenTel” and the public organization also provides for joint legislative initiatives.
Abgar Yeghoyan in his turn promised that “Consumer Rights Protection” PO has the experience of protecting the rights of telecommunications services’ consumers. According to him, cooperation with the public organization will increase competitiveness of “ArmenTel”.
