Mediamax reports that the Head of the company said this on June 10, receiving in “VivaCell-MTS” headquarters the students of Gyumri Information Technologies Center.

“Today, the consumers need quality services, with higher speed of data transfer. Operators compete in offering innovative solutions, consequently, the higher educational institutions should demonstrate maximum flexibility and make their contribution to meeting the society’s demands in innovations”, Ralph Yirikian stated.
