Byblos Bank Armenia is reinforcing its commitment to high standards of customer service by partnering with the innovative platform Satisfai. This collaboration will enable the bank to conduct customer satisfaction surveys and consistently enhance its services.
SatisfAI is a customer feedback tool designed to gather and analyze customer opinions and insights. After completing a transaction at the bank’s branches, customers will receive an SMS inviting them to share their feedback through a simple survey.
The survey results will enable us to gain a deeper understanding of customer preferences, enhance our offerings, and deliver even more personalized services.
“A customer-centric approach is the calling card of Byblos Bank Armenia, which is why we have partnered with SatisfAI. The surveys will help amplify our customers’ voices and improve our services to better meet their needs. By utilizing the platform, we will gain a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ experiences at the bank and make data-driven decisions that will exceed their expectations,” said Artur Palikyan, Head of the Bank’s Consumer Banking Department.

This module, by processing data collected through call centers and IP cameras, enables the automated identification of customer issues and provides insights for shaping customer-centric policy directions. We are confident that SatisfAI will help improve Byblos Bank Armenia’s customer satisfaction and loyalty indicators,” said Hayk Karapetyan, co-founder of SatisfAI.
It is noted that in the future, customers will also have the option to receive requests via email and the Byblos Mobile app.
