SCPEC considers the permit for merger of Team and VEON Armenia

Team LLC has issued a statement, announcing that SCPEC has held a meeting to consider the permit for the merger deal between Team LLC and VEON Armenia.

The attendees have discussed matters of strategic development, investment policy, and attracting human capital.

“After the deal, the merged company will embark on a new development journey, in which human capital will be the most important element: we plan to start providing a number of services through staff, so we are going to need more employees. The new-generation network (NGN), which we are building, will open new possibilities for economic development of Armenia,” said team LLC.
