Given the COVID-19 pandemic, Beeline is actively getting involved in the measures taken against the spread of the virus.
In order to support the volunteers, Beeline has allocated 2000 pre-paid mobile numbers to the Ministry of Health. The numbers can be used starting from March 26.
The services bundle for these numbers will allow the volunteers to stay in touch and fulfill their duties efficiently. The bundles include:
10 000 minutes for calls within Beeline network,
50 minutes for calls to mobile and fixed-line networks of other Armenian operators,
50 SMS texts to all mobile mobiles of Armenian operators,
5GB internet,
5 mobile apps that do not use the provided gigabytes (FB, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Zangi).
“Currently thousands of volunteers are helping out people and as part of the country we cannot stay indifferent. We want to make it possible for the volunteers to have uninterrupted connection with each other and the center,” said beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.
Beeline has made it free for its fixed-line and mobile subscribers to call the Health Ministry’s numbers 8003, 010550601 and 060838300. In order to prevent the spread of the virus, the company closed all its offices until April 1. Subscribers can contact the company via 8202 number for online service and delivery.
