Beeline subscribers in Yerevan to get up to 100MBps fixed internet

Beeline Armenia has announced the launch of modernization of the fixed connection infrastructure in Yerevan.

In 2019, the company will modernize the landline network in the capital to offer subscribers VDSL internet access and improve the quality of phone services.

The residents of Kilikia district were the first to use the new technology. Beeline launched the modernization there and presented a loyal subscriber with a year-long subscription to Beeline VDSL internet.

“Ten years ago Beeline made a revolution in Armenia’s internet market by introducing the ADSL technology. At that time we made the 1MBps internet a reality, hundreds of thousands of families subscribed to our internet packages, and Armenia finally left the dial-up in the past. Progress continues and we announce the launch of modernization program, which will definitely be a success. Internet will become faster by 10-20 times in very apartment, but the cost will remain unchanged,” said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.

In order to use Beeline super fast internet, customers can subscribe to COMBO 2, COMBO 3 or COMBO 4 package, the price for which starts at AMD 5990. The packages include unlimited calls within Beeline network, up to 200 minutes of calls to other Armenian networks, up to 10GB super fast 4G internet, 350 SMS texts, and fixed internet with speed of up to 100MBps. COMBO 3 and COMBO 4 also include landline services, and the latter offers 138 TV channels.
